Is Lucci a drop-in replacement for Skimmer?
For routes, service logging, invoicing and customer records, yes. Lucci does not have a marketing suite or a chemical inventory module, and it will never tell a technician how much of a chemical to add.
How much does Lucci cost compared to Skimmer?
Lucci is $1 per pool per month — first 50 free, capped at $249. Skimmer also bills per pool but with no cap, so its price climbs with every customer you win. The bigger your route, the wider the gap.
Can I move my Skimmer data over?
Yes. Customers, addresses, contacts, route days, stop order, service history and invoice history come across. A person does the move and checks it against your export before you go live.
Can I run Skimmer and Lucci at the same time?
