Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Lucci, operated by Lucci Club Inc. ("Lucci", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you use the Lucci pool service application. We designed Lucci for field technicians working outdoors, so this policy favors plain language over legal jargon.
Information we collect
- Account data: your name, email and organization details when you sign up.
- Business data you enter: customers, contacts, service addresses, route assignments, service records, photos, readings, invoices and payments.
- Location data: approximate GPS coordinates when you confirm arrival at or finish a stop, used only to verify the visit was completed at the property.
- Photos: test-strip photos, equipment photos and service report photos you capture, stored to deliver and document the service.
- Usage data: device type and in-app actions needed to provide support and improve reliability.
How we use your information
- To provide route planning, service logging and invoicing.
- To send service reports to your customers and watchdog summaries to your owners and admins.
- To read test strips and identify equipment from photos (AI), and to draft service reports — always for a technician to confirm.
- To push customers, invoices and payments into QuickBooks Online when you connect it.
- To operate, secure and improve Lucci.
Data isolation and security
Each organization is a separate tenant. Your data is isolated from other organizations by row-level security enforced in the database, and access is limited by role. Role boundaries (owner, admin, tech, contractor) control what each member can see — for example, technicians cannot see invoices, rates or compensation. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their advertising.
Third-party services
Lucci relies on third parties to operate: a managed database and authentication provider, email delivery, push notification delivery, mapping and routing data, Stripe for card payment processing, and QuickBooks Online when you choose to connect it. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function. When you connect QuickBooks, Lucci pushes data one-way into it and stores only the record identifiers QuickBooks returns; it does not pull data back. Card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.
No chemical dosing
Lucci reports water chemistry readings verbatim as your technician records them. The assistant will never recommend or compute a chemical dose. Chemistry data is stored as a record of what was measured, not as treatment guidance.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may export or delete your business data. Upon account closure, we retain data only as long as needed to complete the wind-down or as required by law, then delete it.
Your choices
You can review and correct your business data within Lucci, manage which members have access, and disconnect QuickBooks at any time from Settings. You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Children
Lucci is a business tool for pool service professionals. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Lucci evolves. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
